· All Images and photographic prints purchased from PSP Photography are for Editorial or Personal use only.
· Any other use of images requires prior written approval from PSP Photography.
· Images within this site may not be on-sold, passed on, or made available to any third party by any means electronic, print or otherwise.

PRIVACY
· The Client (you) accepts that all information supplied to Perth Sports Photography will be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
· PSP Photography accepts that all information supplied by the Client will only be used for the purpose that it was supplied.
· Disclosure of collected information will not knowingly be made to any third party without the Client's prior written consent.

PERSONAL USE
· Image files downloaded from Perth Sports Photography may be used on Social Network Sites (eg. Facebook, Myspace etc), Personal websites and personal galleries.
· Image files downloaded for personal use are not to be used in any Commercial or Advertising, compiled with other images or in any manner other than Personal Use.
· Printing of images from Image files is the responsibility of the Client and PSP Photography cannot be held responsible in any way what-so-ever to the final quality of the printed picture.
· Photographic Prints purchased from Perth Sports Photography may not be scanned, copied or duplicated in any manner.

EDITORIAL IMAGE USE
· Editorial rates are based on single use, first run publication rights.
· Images may not be archived in any manner. That is stored on any database, any physical or electronic storage system or image library.
· Images may not be manipulated in any way without the prior written consent from PSP Photography.
· The Copyright © of all images remains with Perth Sports Photography unless otherwise negotiated.
· Any Image Files downloaded from PSP Photography does not transfer any Rights of Ownership or Intellectual Property Rights to the Client.
· Images that are commissioned must be paid for whether published or not.
· All images supplied to a commissioning client may be used for any purpose by the client upon full payment of the invoice from Perth Sports Photography.
· All published images must be accompanied by the following photo credit -

· Images published without an appropriate photographic credit will incur a normal rate + 50% surcharge.
· The client accepts full liability for all uses and indemnifies Perth Sports Photography against all claims for improper, illegal or outrageous use of images sourced from PSP Photography.
· The Client hereby un-conditionally consents to the terms and conditions as stated above.
· Except as otherwise provided, Perth Sports Photography gives no rights and makes no warranties with regard to the use of names, trademarks, logos, registered, unregistered or copyrighted designs or works of art depicted in any Images.
· Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no Model, Property, Team Logo, Trademark or any other releases are delivered by PSP Photography in connection with the Images.
· The Client bears the full responsibility of obtaining all necessary Model, Property, Team Logo, Trademark or any other releases, approvals and clearances from third parties prior to using the Images.
